Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to paid subscriptions to the Service operated by Blipstack, LLC. It forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Refund & Dispute Policy.

Cancel anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period, regardless of which plan or term you purchased.

How to cancel

• In the app: go to Settings → Billing → Manage billing, which

opens our payment processor's secure portal where you can cancel.

• Or email us at [email protected] from your account email address

and we will cancel for you.

What happens when you cancel

• During your free trial: access ends and you are never charged.
• Monthly plan: you are not billed again and keep access through the end of the

current paid month. Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable (see our Refund & Dispute Policy).

• Annual or multi-year plan: your subscription ends and we issue a **prorated

refund of the unused portion** of the prepaid term (see our Refund & Dispute Policy).

Reactivating

You can subscribe again at any time from Settings → Billing.
