Terms of Service

Effective date: July 31, 2026 Last updated: July 31, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Blipstack, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operator of the Know Your Cashflow service ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" includes that organization.

2. The Service

The Service is a personal-finance tool that helps you aggregate financial information you enter or connect, and that computes net worth, cash-flow projections, performance metrics, scenarios, and related insights. The Service is informational software. It is not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, tax preparer, or financial planner, and it does not move money on your behalf.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Service without notice or liability.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

If you grant another person access to your account (for example, a secondary user or an advisor), you are responsible for their use of the Service consistent with these Terms, and you may revoke that access at any time in your settings.

5. Linked accounts and third-party services

The Service lets you connect external financial institutions and services (for example, through Plaid, or through read-only exchange API keys you provide). Those connections are governed by the third party's own terms and privacy policy, in addition to ours. We access linked accounts on a read-only basis and do not initiate transactions or money movement.

You authorize us and our service providers to access and retrieve information from accounts you connect, for the purpose of providing the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect any account you link.

Information retrieved from linked institutions and from market-data providers may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data obtained from third parties.

6. No financial, investment, tax, or legal advice

The Service is for informational and organizational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or other asset.

Projections, scenarios, performance figures, tax estimates, and other calculations are illustrations based on the assumptions and data you provide. They are not predictions of actual future results. Actual results will differ. Tax-related figures are rough approximations and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified tax professional.

You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Before acting, consult a qualified professional who can consider your full circumstances. You use the Service and rely on its outputs at your own risk.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

attempt to circumvent any access controls.

security or authentication measures, except under a written authorization from us.

on our infrastructure (including automated scraping or excessive API calls).

except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law.

sublicense the Service except under a separate written reseller or agent agreement with us.

infringing, or harmful content.

8. Fees

Some features of the Service may require payment. If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to the prices and billing terms presented at the time of purchase. Fees are billed in advance and recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Paid plans begin with a free trial as described at checkout; you may cancel at any time. Refunds, cancellation, and any promotional offers are governed by our Refund & Dispute Policy, our Cancellation Policy, and our Promotion Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms. We may change prices on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice; changes do not affect the price of a term you have already prepaid.

9. Your data and content

As between you and us, you retain all rights to the financial information and other content you enter or connect ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Data solely to operate and improve the Service and to provide it to you. We handle Your Data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell Your Data, and we do not use Your Data to train artificial-intelligence models on your personal financial information.

You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything important. The Service offers data export; we are not a system of record.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, and trademarks, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual- property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, internal use, subject to these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT ANY DATA OR CALCULATION WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THESE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees, and suppliers from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 16) will survive.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms and update the "Last updated" date, and where appropriate notify you. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there, except where prohibited by law.

17. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
